2002 Accord Heater Fan not working

2002 Accord Heater Fan not working

Speeds 1 and 2 do not work, but 3 and 4 work okay. I found the resistor assembly and have some resistance across 2 sets of terminals. Does anyone know what the values should be? Thanks in advance.

Most likely not the control unit. Id try replacing the resistor first. Most common problem when only working on certain speeds.
