Hi guys, I have a problem with my sons accord. It started with the car shutting off while park after 5 min. Then it did it while driving both times he was able to started back up. But it was running rough so i changed the spark plugs and the wires. while doing that i notice one of the spark plug was loose, so i asumed that was the problem. Went for a ride the car was running better. The next day he was going to his friends house and the car shut off. Only this time it cranks but it will not start. since then I changed the cap, rotor and ignition coil. Still no spark. any suggestions? thanks

 

Check that the dist has the proper inputs. Then I would test the coil and ignitor.
