I have the exact issue and the same codes... I've heard of transmission valve body and that the P0730 was remedied by the 3rd clutch pressure switch. To my knowledge the solenoids you refer to are accessible from outside the pan and if you get in the pan pour old fluid back in or replace with genuine Honda fluid only, for they hate anything other than Honda fluid.
