2003 Accord - AC/Fan Not BLowing Air

Hello,
I have a 2003 Accord and am having problems with the A/C Unit. When I start the car and turn on the A/C, I hear it turn on, but it does not blow any air. It immediately turns off (Stops making noise and the RPMs go up within 1-2 seconds) but the display on the radio shows it as being on. I have checked the relays and fuses and they look good. Could the issue be the compressor or lack of freon in it?
Please Help!!!

WOW, diagnosing this is very long in deed, what version of Accord do you have EX, DX, LX or what, do you have Auto AC, do you have a Nav system, do you know how to pull the troublecode via the AC head unit by pushing certain buttons. Can you gain access to the blower motor plug.
Am I wrong, it seems to be confused as to what your problem is, the AC Compressor under the hood works for a second, not the blower motor under the dash, is this correct.

2003 Accord EX. I do not have the navigation system.
I have not checked the fuse under dash. I did check the fuses and relays under the hood. As wierd as it sounds, the compressor does turn on for a second or two with no air blowing. The fan by the radiator actually spins until the a/c turns off after 1-2 seconds.
I do not know how to pull the troublecode via the AC Head unit. How can I do it?
