Have a 2003 2.4 accord EX but how can i tell if its a belt or chain? Any videos on DIY?

Your 2003 Accord 4 cylinder has a timing chain. Under normal conditions, there is no need to change the timing chain.
There is a separate drive belt that should be changed at periodic intervals.

The 2.4 has a timing chain. The 3.0 V6 has a timing belt.
