2003 Accord LX V-6 A/C Won't Cool
Also, the a/c pressure switch is on the passenger side of the a/c condenser. From the wiring diagram, it looks like it has only two wires (blu/red and blu). Does the blu/red wire have 12V when the key is in the II position?
On a V-6 there are four wires. I detailed where the closed contacts go in a previous post. I did not check for any voltages only jumpered the plug. No way to tell what is supposed to be on the wires. I guess whatever the relay is could be bad, but there is no name or number on my schematic. It does say it is in the underhood fuse/relay box but no name nor contacts or coils are shown just a empty "module" labeled box.
To clarify my earlier post:
In looking at the pressure switch for the EX V-6, it shows pins 1 and 4 normally closed (I assume pressure is "normal" to remain in this closed position. Pin 4 goes to the Climate Control Unit and Pin 1 goes to some relay module(not named) Pin H2 with a "control block" labeled box shown inside the "relay module" labeled larger box and this unlableled relay module connects to Pin 25 of the Guage Control Module. Pin 2 shows a chassis ground and is shown normally open to Pin 3. When closed, Pin 3 connects the ground via pin 2 to the ECM/PCM Pin E14.
There is no ground on pin 3 when checking the plug side removed from the pressure switch. I did not check for 12vdc on pin 4 or 1. Not sure what it would mean without more detail on the mystery relay module.
I did notice that the Guage Control Unit supplies a signal to the ECM/PCM on pin E24 called COM SIG LO and Pin E11 called COM SIG HI.
I wish I knew what that relay module does that the pressure switch pin 1 blu/red wire goes to. Frustrating as it doesn't identify anything but its location and the lid for the underhood fuse/relay box only has stupid unclear pictures.

The ECU is not grounding the compressor or the two fans. The ECU may not be getting the proper input like TexasHonda mentioned. That is a quick electrical test to try. Jumping the electrical connector would do no good if you are not getting the proper voltage. It is a simple test.
I really wish you would answer my questions if you are truly trying to be helpful. Even if I check for voltage, there is no way to know what is right or where this mysterious relay is in the underhood box and how it is controlled etc.
PA and TX are not holding anything back. We, they, always try to help members and each other.
I haven't been into this thread as my friends had it covered. So, what questions do you really have? I and others (PA I know does) have copies of service manauls that we try to follow and read, what "mystery" box are you talking about? The one I have says that there are "other" issues that could be the problem.....meaning you wouldn't have the voltage PA is asking about.
We want to help, do you want to be helped?
