Car is a 2003 Accord 4 cylinder. Started dropping the P0010 code recently. I can clear the code and it will not reappear when the car is started and sits idling but once I start driving the code will drop when I hit about 10 mph. I've pulled the oil control solenoid valve and it checks outs ok. Oil screen (VTC filter) is clean. Wiring looks find, although I haven't traced it back to the PCM to verify no breaks in the wires. If I had a bad wire I would expect the code to drop as soon as the engine is running.

Any suggestions regarding what might be causing the problem?
