1996 Honda Accord intermittently stalling
Hello,
I am having problems with my car stalling out when idling. It doesn't happen all the time and sometimes happens when I take my foot off of the accelerator. New spark plugs and wires, I replaced the iacv and am still having the problem, the check engine light is not on and there are no stored codes.
please help me!

It is tough to diagnose an intermittent problem. Your stalling problem can be from a number of items that you have to rule out. Please do not replace parts without doing some testing first.
A car stalling out when decelerating could be from a problem in the EGR system. A stuck EGR valve, no vacuum control, etc. You could be losing spark, fuel, or have some electrical problem.
How does the car perform when it is not stalling? Did you do any work on the car right before you noticed this problem?
Your car is a 96, so you should be able to connect a scanner to the OBD2 port and read live engine data. That may help identify the problem without blindly replacing parts.

Your problem sounds familiar.
What is your mileage?
What is your idling RPM (approximately) at normal operating temperature when it is not experiencing stalling ?
You mentioned new spark plugs and wires, but what about air filter and distributor rotor & cap? They are part of your tune-up also.
I think PHonda is dead on with the EGR system.
