2003 accord radio coming on

2003 accord radio coming on
I have a 2003 accord with the 2.4 engine. If the car sits for awhile with the key out of the ignition the radio comes on by itself and drains the battery. I tried a new electrical part of the ignition switch and this did not help. BTW this is a canadian car. Any help would be great. Thanks.
