P0141 means the sensor heater failure OR THE CIRCUIT. The dealer should check the heater power circuit is OK before ASSUMING it's a bad sensor.
Not only that, it's the 2nd sensor. That has nothing to do with engine operation & control, it's only there to measure whether the catalyst is working. The warning about replacing the engine if you leave this go is way off base.
