2003 Honda Accord 2.2L LX

check cranking amps. Would tell you if there is a dying starter, corroded terminals etc

OP- are you able to take any volt readings on your own? There could be a drain on the battery...there could be a bad connection...or a few other things.

If you have a volt meter and can take a few readings in the am we might be able to narrow down the issue.

I have an 03 Accord 2.4L since new, and it has ALWAYS sounded like a weak battery. Something I just had to get used to. It just doesn't sound like it's cranking like it should, but it starts every time. Now, after several years, the battery finally failed, but the new battery produced the same results. My brother, in Denver, bought an 07 Accord and commented on the same thing. I told him, "Get used to it. I will start."

You can always put in the battery tray and hold down and negative cable from a V6 and throw in a GRP35 battery in it and it will fire up like "it should".
