Hi,

Driver Side low beam bulb is gone. i bought the bulb, removed the battery and am able to reach the bulb but when i try to turn and remove the bulb it does not pop out. Am i missing any thing here.

If i take it to mechanic ( i have the bulb) any idea how much he charges.

Both low beam lights were blown at the same time? Can that happen? I was able to replace the passenger side bulb in 5 min.

Appreciate any help on this.

Well the first thing I'll ask, does the low beam you replaced work now. It is possible, kind of strange but possible for both to go close to each other.

There should be a "ring" that turns, then the buld pulls straight back.

 

If the plastic piece that should turn is stuck, you can try some WD-40 to help lubricate it.

 

The only part to turn is the headlight bulb, the 3 plastic tabs on the headlight bulb assembly is probably not aligned with the 3 slots in the headlight housing, which would prevent it from coming out.
