Default 2003 Honda Accord - Fuse location

My son owns a 2003 Honda Accord that won't start; no light shows on the dash, it is completely dead. The battery was taken to Advance Auto Parts for a full battery charge but still no light shows anywhere. I took a coat hanger wire, touch the positive battery post with one end and the other end touches the 100 amp fuse location wires but no fuse, and there was light everywhere. I asked my son to crank the car and it cranks but temporarily as long as the coat hanger wire remains in these two spots. Can someone tell me the location for 100 amp battery fuse? Thanks.

The fuse box cover may show it. Here is an image from a 2005 Accord owner's manual. Check whether the 2003 Accord's battery fuse is an 80A or 100A fuse. A Philips-head screwdriver is use to replace it.
