2004 accord ex radio

Default 2004 accord ex radio

thebacklight went out in my radiois this something i can fix myself. can someone give me some instructions to dignose this problem the clock, temp control and radio are on this display it is also a 6 cd exchanger no gps

welcome to the forum. in the menu bar at the top of the page, you'll see a button for 'search.' please acquaint youeself with it. this is a very common problem.

Welcome to the forum.
There is a TSB on this. A Honda dealership will fix the problem for free.

the warranty on the radio backlight is 7yrs/100,00 miles.

I just had the same problem, they say most go out about 30,000 miles. Well they fixed it for free but now the seat heater switches (there is one for driver and one for passenger seat) both, when on high the light on the switch does not come on. The seat still gets warm but niether light works, but when on low they both work. the shop says they didn't do it. they say both light bulbs must have burned out.
