Hello all - new to the site, but have searched high and low for this before posting. I am sure it is there, but couldn't find this one.

My passenger window was all the way down and won't go up now. Before replacing the motor / window regulator I need to get the window up so the car doesn't get to wet.

I know about the two bolts and loosening them, but since the window is all the way down and won't go up more than an inch, I cannot see the bolts to loosen.

I just want it up until the parts arrive so I can replace the motor / regulator.

Any help, guidance or direction is appreciated.

You will have to remove the door panel to access the connection to the window and motor.

I would use a 12V test light to see if the switch is sending power and ground to the motor.
