Have hole in flex pipe and then check engine light Came on . I tried sealing hole with muffler cement and tape . They I start car and idled for few minutes and started to rev up and down . Surging . Check code po 137!. Day something about o2 sensor or computer .anyone have an idea or have had problem in past

 

The code is P0137. Means low voltage to the oxygen sensor in the catalytic converter. It is likely due to the hole in your flex pipe, as I am not sure how well the muffler cement and tape seals.
