Cool 92 accord ex leaking water back side of engine

I have a bad water leak. I found where its coming from I think but I don't know what its call so I cant get replacement part..Any info I could get about this repair i would greatly appreciate.

I need to replace the hose that is coming off this part. I cant figure out why a spark plug is in the end of hose. Please help.

That is the engine oil cooler. Is the leak coming from a coolant line connecting to the metal cooler, or that corroded spot shown in your attached picture?

I'm not sure where that hose goes but there's a spark plug stuck in the end of it. I just Recently bought this vehicl. Is replacing the engine oil cooler hard? The person I bought it from didn't give me much info about the car.

Here's a couple parts pictures. A shop manual will have better pictures of exactly how the hoses connect.
The hose you can see in your photo is #14 and it's supposed to connect to a nipple coming off the steel pipe (not numbered in this picture) that runs along the back of the block from the thermostat to the waterpump. There's another hose (#13) and it connects to a nipple (#1) that I think might be screwed into the block.

Here's a picture of how the oil cooler mounts onto the block. Remove the oil filter, then that cooler is held on by the pipe-stub #23.
