My wifes 04 LX all at one time lost the AC and the entire instrument cluster behind the steering wheel. The ac blower works but it never gets cold. some of the red lights in the cluster flash when you turn the key to the point where the radio and stuff come on. I have checked the fuses that I could and they are fine.

 

In the common DIY thread on top of the gen tech help forum, there is a link on how to check for HVAC codes for the 03-07 accords. See if that gives you any information. There is also a link for a shop manual that can help too.
