Default 2004 accord no air center vents

Hi there. Just bought a 2004 ex coupe few weeks ago. Loaded and I love it. Finally tried ac cause its warming up a little. Notice everything blows . Hot znd cold work great. It's dual climate control-nav. No air will come out of center dash vents. Took box off and switched modes while looking at mode control motor. It never moved. ???

Does the air switch from defrost to floor, etc.?

Seems like only defrost or side vents. No floor. No middle vents

If the modes are not switching, then the issue could be a bad mode control motor, no signal from the hvac controls to switch, or a wiring issue. Another issue is the flaps to route the air are bound.

Can you manually move the vents to get the air to reroute with the mode control motor removed?

In the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum, there is a link on how to check hvac codes for your car. Try getting hvac codes and post on here.
