Thanks for that video recommendation.

I don't have an impact driver at home and I went to my local Home Depot and they said they didn't carry them and to go to the nearby Pep Boys.

Should I try and get an impact driver or should I just go ahead and go directly to drilling? And the purpose of the drilling is to just cut the head off the screw, correct? Will the remains of the screw in the hub be a PITA to remove?

I had to drill the heads out. If you drill too far down, you will not be able to use vice grips to remove the threaded part of the bolt.

I bought an impact driver at harbor freight for under $10 that worked well on my TSX.

Let the PB Blaster work overnight and then follow-up with the impact driver.

And the "purpose" of the screws is to "hold" the rotor, if only one goes back well, call it good. When you go back with either the old screws or new ones (should you decide to even go back with them) put a dab of anti-seize on them for the next time or next person.

Impact drivers come in handy. If the cost of one is too much then see if they rent those at autozone as well.....I "think" they do?
