Default 2004 honda Accord EX won't start

had a dead battery and replaced it. Then ran out of gas before geeting to station. Put about 7 gal gas in over 1/4 tank. Now it won't start. Acts like not firing, everything works normally Tried resetting the radio code and the radio works fine. Navigation system don't reset unless its running Can anyone tell me what the problem may be?
Thanks

1. When you try to start the car, are there any indicator lights flashing? For example, like the Immobilizer key symbol?

2. Does the headlights work?

3. Try pressing the gas pedal down half way to start the car. Do not crank for more than 15 seconds if it doesn't start.

No there are no lights blinking. I turn the key to the on position for about 3 seconds then off again repeat several times to prime the injectors can hear the fuel pump come on and shut off and I know it is getting fuel. it seems to be its not firing. Thanks for your response.

When the key is turned to on, the green key light should come on for ~2 seconds....then when the key is turned off you should get 5 blinks.

Default 2004 accord ex wont' fire

What is the immobilizer and how do you fix. Anybody Know. Because my friend has a 2004 Honda ex, and I think he ran it out of gas, but before that we had to replace the battery. After doing that and putting about 10 gals. gas. it just flat out will not fire.

How have you verified the immobilizer is the problem?

Merged threads so the "story" flows better.

OP- Have you checked the fuses that are listed? Call the dealer and get the brake over ride code and see if that will start the car if the fuse(s) are good and you still don't get the green key light when key is on.

Also, does the CEL/MIL light come on when the ket is turned to "on"/pos II?
