2004 Honda Accord Need Help!

Well there you go. Ignition switch is intermittent

but if the ignition switch was bad, would i be able to crank the car, and still have all the electronics like radio and ac?

Yes if it's intermittent. I did the same as you and it worked for around 4 months then it finally went out when I was leaving the airport. Luckily I bought the part and had it in my trunk. Changed it and I was good. When I was troubleshooting I changed my starter and relay. I would say check your starter to make sure it's good but my issue was the switch.

It is likely the ignition switch. Another moderator on this board (Texashonda) previously stated something to that effect; the rapid clicking is due to low voltage (from high resistance at the ignition switch contacts) going to the starter cut relay, which results in the rapid oscillation of the relay contacts.
