Default 2004 Honda Accord Radio/AC issues

Hi, I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX with navigation. For the last few months, I’ve had this issue where the little bar at the top over the head unit, which shows the AC temperature, time, and radio station randomly turns off and on while the car is on. At the same time, when the unit turns off, I notice that the anti-theft light flashes and when I try to change anything on the AC from the touchscreen, it says “Please Operate Climate Control after Starting Engine,” even though the car is on. It’s almost like it’s detecting that the car is off even though it’s on. When I click the “Auto” button to use the climate control, it works fine even when the issue occurs, so it’s not an issue with the AC system. At first, it was only turning off every once in a while. Now, it’s only turning on every once in a while, so the issue has been getting worse. Any ideas why this could be occurring? The fuse isn’t broken, as it turns on every once in a while. It’s also not asking for the radio code every time it comes back on, so it definitely has some power. Last time I checked the fuse, it was good. And when I plugged it back in, it asked for the radio code.

I'm not in front of my computer, so I can't look at a shop manual. I'd lean towards an issue within the radio vs a fuse. When I return to TX, I can look at the power/ground inputs to verify they are working. You could look at the connects for loose or corroded pins.
