Default Radio and AC

2003 Accord LX- the radio started going in and out (the screen would go blank, speakers not working). Like there was a short. The time would also pop on and off. But then it would just come back on out of the blue. What is the problem. This is the original radio and speakers. Also is this in any way connected to the AC?

the ac does not work. It blows hot air on the right side only. The drivers side works fine

That would be a blend door actuator out on the passenger side if one side blows cold and the other doesn't.

I had a 2003 LX and it didn't have separate temperature for right & left sides. So it won't have separate blend-doors for right & left side.

I think the AC cooling only one side can be caused by low refrigerant charge.

JimBlake you are correct, LX model has only a main actuator. I was thinking dual zone.

OP check pressure on a/c system if low find leak and fix then recharge. Do not add Freon blindly.
