P0700 is a general transmission code, thrown by the PCM when the TCM side has a code in it for the transmission. Usually, you don't see P0700 by itself.

There should be a code(s) if it was specifically related to one of the pressure switches. The 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches were a problem on some of your generation V6 Accords. You can see post #11 in this thread regarding the pressure switches.

Thanks for your reply red bull really appreciate it, so it may be a problem with a pressure switch i have tried two mechanics and the first one told me it was a sensor but didnt want to tell me which one since he wanted me to get the job done with them he gave me a 80% chance of being that, i have read that other causes of rough shifting includes a solenoid can that be it? Also D light used to blink more often like 2 min after turn on the car now it takes a long drive to turn on BLINK after oil change.

Without the trouble code, we would only be guessing. Some Autozones and parts places will read the trouble code for free. Then post the actual code(s) to help narrow down the problem area.

Their standard generic OBD-II reader should read the transmission code(s).
