When the check engine light comes on and code reads P1039 O2sensor bank 2. In my situation (like 50x) its been my gas cap not being tight enough or like a dummy didnt shut off car while pumping gas. After tightening at least 3clicks light goes off after driving like 70 miles but ive noticed it usually comes on when gas is a little under or over half tank... hope this post saves people from changing O2 sensors thats not really bad
