2005 Accord speedometer/AC intermittent

2005 Accord speedometer/AC intermittent
The car was rear ended since then the speedometer and the A/C goes in and out and if you turn the car off and turn it back on everything starts working again if anybody could give me any info on this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
