Default 2005 accord v-6 coupe electrical issue

Im driving down he highway with my cruise control on. I use the left directionl to move into another lane and the instrument cluster goes black and the car seems to shut off for a split second. The next time I use my turn signal this occurs again. Then it happens again when I apply the brake to take an offramp. The cluster just goes black and then comes back on all gauges go to zero and it clicks like when your battery is dead and you are trying to start the car. Then it all comes back on. It has happened when i use the turnsignals, the headlights and the brake. But not the radio, heater controls or seat heater. Any ideas?
I have visually checked the battery terminals and am getting ready to go clean and retighten them.

There was a safety recall where the Fuse Box May Cause a No-Start or Stalling Condition.

The car doesn't stall in traditional sense more like it shuts off..
like in a split second all of this happens

And then the dash lights back up and car" restarts"
The dealer said that it could be the ELD or the alternator is going bad or the ignition switch

Did the dealer CONFIRM the safety recall was done? Even if that is not the cause of the issue, they should do the repair...safety recall - they must do it.

Be sure the ground cable is clean and tight....might not hurt to have the battery tested.....cold.
