Hi honda folks I've been having a problem with my 05 v6 accord
when I take off easy the transmission shifts perfect but if I suddenly have to punch it it hesitates a bit then it let's go hard with a bang I feel like it's gonna brake the mounts which I just replaced I changed the oil with honda oil but still the same what can it be?

Is check engine light On or D4 light flashing? If yes, then check for codes.

Shop manual suggests for hard shifts to check the D indicator (shift selection switch?) connectors for looseness, check AT clutch pressure solenoid valve filter/gasket for wear, damage, or seizure. Also check mainshaft speed sensor and countershaft speed sensors for correct function; damage or correct installation.

A shop manual is essential if you intend to DIY. Check automanualsource.com for an inexpensive ($22) download e-manual.
