DTC P0498: EVAP Canister Vent Shut Valve Circuit Low Voltage

DTC P0135: A/F Sensor (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction

First check under-dash Fuse No. 4 (15A) and No. 23 (7.5A). Both these fuses are related to the A/F sensor relay (located in the under-dash fuse/relay box). The A/F sensor relay provides power to both the EVAP Canister Vent Shut Valve and the heater circuit of the A/F sensor.

If the fuses are good and power is at both sides of the fuses, you can swap the A/F sensor relay with the one of the relays right next to it (as they should be the same type) to see if things change. The A/F sensor relay is located in the under-dash fuse/relay box, at the bottom row with 4 relays, from left to right, it is the 3rd relay.

If no change, wiring may be checked next.

Always get the code(s) before attempting to reset. If you go some place to have it read write down the code numbers and don't rely on what they give you for the description. Glad to hear it is running. It may have been a poor intact at the ECM but there may very well be another issue that you can resolve.
