Recently just bought this car and what I’ve noticed whenever I start it up the car immediately revs to 2k-3k rpm just recently changed the tps sensor, it cleared engine codes and no check engine light is on the car what else what would be causing this issue?

 

It could be many things, but I'd check for a vacuum leak as one of the likely candidates.

 

What this happening before the repair? Is it possible that you did not get the new TPS sensor installed properly? I think the TPS and throttle body (or APP sensor) are keyed so you get the sensor installed correctly, but you may be able to install it off by a large degree.
