How do you replace the rear license plate bulb on the 2005 Honda Accord sedan?

some other sites say trunk lid has to be taken apart but plastic over the bulb has an arrow saying remove on it which kind of implies it can be done from outside

Any help will be greatly appreciated

You have to do from inside the trunk lid.
