I am thinking of getting a 2006 Accord coupe. What are some basic engine enhancements I can start out with?

 

Enhancements, you mean to put out more power? Pretty much the only thing you can do is install the cams from a TL engine. Beyond that, you're talking serious big bucks and significant engine (and/or engine compartment) surgery.
