Any help would be appreciated. My 4way/emergency flashers stopped working and my turn signals work only intermittintly.They work for a few minutes then not at all for a while. There is a loud buzzing when I pull down the lever. Thanks for your attention.

 

Since you are having issues with both hazards and the turn signals, I would suspect an issue with the hazard switch or the turn signal/hazard relay. I am out of town for work, so I can't access the wiring diagram.

You will have to do some electrical testing using a volt meter. I'd probably test at the hazard switch first. I'd suggest getting a pdf of the shop manual if you plan on DIY work. It is an invaluable resource. You can get one for your car for ~$22 at automanualsource.com. It is worth every penny.
