2006 Accord Hybrid
Yesterday I tried to start my car and for the first time it wouldn't start. I was able to find someone nice enough to help me get it started. I noticed as I was attaching the jumper cables that there was a lot of corrosion on the positive post. I decided to take it to my friend shop where I was informed that my battery was bad and that the corrison had damaged the positive lead as well. We got all of that fixed but now even though my drivers side window will function the auto part won't. Any ideas why?

There is a reset procedure for the windows control system. I'm at office and don't have my manual, so will have to send a response later.
Check your owner's manual. This is something that's garunteed to happen, so it may have the procedure.

Resetting Procedure:
The problem may be your PW control unit was not reset after replacing a window motor. Try the following:
1) Turn ignition switch On
2) Move the drivers window fully down using drivers window switch
3) Open the drivers door
Steps 4-7 must be done w/i 5 secs!
4) Turn ignition switch OFF
5) Push and hold the drivers window DOWN switch
6) Turn ignition switch ON
7) Release the drivers window DOWN switch
8) Repeat steps 4-7 three more times!
9) Wait 1 second
10) Confirm Auto Up and Auto Down do not work. If Auto Up and Auto Down work, go back to Step 1
11) Move the drivers window all the way down by hold the DOWN switch to the Auto Down position
12) Pull Up and hold the drivers window UP switch to the Auto Up position until window reaches fully closed position, then continue to hold for 1 second.
13) Confirm the power window master switch is reset by using the drivers window Auto Up and Down functions.
If window still does not work in Auto, repeat the procedure several times paying close attention tot he 5 second time limit between steps. If it still does not work go to the B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A.
You need a shop manual if above doesn't work.
good luck
