Default 2006 Honda Accord won't start?

Everything turns on but the car wont turn over or start. Battery is good, can it be the starter or the solenoid relay? Is anyone having these problem that can some help on what I should do or what I should check/replace?

This really belongs here.

Have a volt meter or test light? If so, see if you are getting voltage to the small wire at the starter (and how much if you have a volt meter) whne someone is turning the key to "start".

Is this a 4 or 6 cylinder? The starters on the 4 cylinders were a relatively common problem. If it is the starter on the 4 cylinder, it is under the intake manifold.

if it is the 4 cylinder, take a long ratchet extension or long screw driver and stick it down through the intake manifold runners and tap the starter while someone is trying to crank it...if it turns over...
