Default 2007 Accord LED Headlight Upgrade

My girlfriend has a 2007 Accord and the headlights are damn near impossible to drive behind. I'd like to upgrade her lights and convert to LEDs. I would appreciate any product advice I can get so I do not accidentally buy the wrong things as I am not overly familiar with her car. I am not looking for anything aesthetically fancy. Just a color that works best for wet roads as we live in the Pacific North West and minimum ~4,000 lumens. The brighter the better as she is not the best driver at night and I am rather terrified when she's behind the wheel.

Currently, I'm considering the Lumen G10 LED Headlight Conversion Kit or G7S LED Headlight Conversion Kit. But I would like to make sure the bulbs fit in the assembly, though it appears they are somewhat adjustable if needed. Also, Why does the G72 come with a decoder while the G10 doesn't? Is the decoder not needed on a 2007 Accord?

I'm open to other suggestions if you have them, preferably in the $100-ish range.

Side quest: How do I tell someone they are a bad driver and teach them to get better? Or is that just a surefire way to spend a night(s) sleeping on the couch?

I don't know the specifics on the led conversions. You may want to call the manufacturer support line with the OEM bulb for your accord to ensure it fits.

Tough call on the driving. Find out if your insurance has a discount if you take a driving class?
