Default 93 accord bad miss and bucking

I just bought a 93 accord this week it is a ex and is a f22a6 manual trans. Picked the car up 2 hours away test drove car it ran great drove car 2 hours home ran great the whole time it did have a check engine light on but didn’t worry about it since the car ran good. Got the car home and once you turn the car off and start it back the check engine light goes off. With the check engine light off the car will run good for a minute while it’s cold then starts missing and bucking terribly like it’s starving for fuel. Car will idle pretty smooth and revs out good while in neutral but as soon as u put it under load in gear it starts to buck and sputter like it’s running out of gas it’s a challenge just to get the car up to 30mph. But if I drive the car for 10-15 mins or so the check engine light will come on and instantly the car runs good again no sputtering drives and pulls fine. Soon as you shut it off though and fire it back up check engine goes off and same thing again. Car doesn’t overheat at all no smoke no knocking, no ticking, no leaks nothing like that really confused as to what could be going on anybody have any ideas

Check for engine codes. See the common diy link on top of the gen tech help forum, and that thread has a writeup on checking CEL codes. Post the code(s) you read on there.

Will try this as soon as I get home. The thing is though if you turn he car off check engine will go off as well. You have to drive the car for 15-20 mins for check engine light to come on. Can you run the codes with the car running ?
