Default 2007 Accord se

I love my 07 Accord 4 cyl auto. Great engine.
Its pretty smooth but I do notice a little vibration upon throttle tip-in.
Other than that its super smooth once going.
Anybody notice the same thing on their 06 or 07 4cyl auto.
Every accord I test drove before buying I noticed the same thing.
I'll try to post a pic of my silver steed.
I agree with car and driver.

There is simply no place but up front for this car. nuf said.

Throttle tip-in is when you just gradually start to apply throttle or gas. That intiail push against the accelerator.
Try it, you'll notice it. I guess its because of the large 4 cylinder.

I'm guessing you can feel the tranny taking up the load on tip-in, since it's an automatic. My '98 (auto) does that as the tranny decides to downshift and/or disengage the lockup torque converter.

My '03 (same engine as yours) is 5-speed, and I can usually feel the engine resume firing. On deceleration, the fuel is cut off. So on throttle tip-in the fuel resumes, causing a slight shudder as the engine starts firing. I think(?) if it were automatic, this would be covered up by the tranny's actions.

I think what Jim said makes a little sense. Its just a slight vibration through the steering wheel. depending on how slow you get on the gas you'll feel a little vibe. Everywhere else its supersmooth. Actually with these 4 cyl accords the faster you go the better they feel.
I'm just nitpicking but it is there and every other 07 accord i've driven. Although slight.
