I have a 2007 Honda Accord EX. I currrently have a non-working radio/climate control that is NOT dual zone, and it's dead. I found a newer/working replacement that has Dual zone on Marketplace for $40. Will a Dual Zone Control work in my single zone car? I don't need the dual zones, I just want the system to still control heat, AC, and a working radio.

That dual zone unit probably won't be plug and play without some modifications to the wiring. The easiest fix is to get an identical swap, so maybe check ebay. You could also get a quote to have the circuit board repaired of your current hvac unit.
