07 accord climate controls stopped working
It sounds like there is no air coming out of the vents in AC or Heater mode. If this is the case, the heater resistor has failed. Honda calls it a Transistor, Power

It's located behind the glove compartment on the left. Held by 2 screws and inter screw is difficult to reach due to the position.
There is a way to repair the failed unit but that is another story.

For giggles, do the power mirrors work and or the seat heater?
Really sounds like the #30 under dash 7.5 amp fuse has blown
In the book I have. In the under dash fuse box the top row, 11 slots which may or may not all be used, is numbered #23 through #33 when counting from the left to the right. So again you will be looking for #30 and it should be a 7.5 amp. Again as stated all the slots may or may not have a fuse in it but they do count.....ps in the diagram I have 29, 31 and 33 are not used from the factory.
