07 accord climate controls stopped working

the outside temp went blank at the same time all hvac stoped even rear defrost

It's located behind the glove compartment on the left. Held by 2 screws and inter screw is difficult to reach due to the position.
There is a way to repair the failed unit but that is another story.
There is no hvac being displayed on the radio.

Outside temp, rear defrost and more are all controlled by the HVAC "head unit". Since the fuse is good, you are pretty much now down to testing at the HVAC control unit. There are two connectors at the unit, a 16 pin and a 22 pin.

On the 16 pin connector (again remember all pins or slots may or may not have a wire but they are counted), pin four is a blk/yel wire that should be hot (battery voltage) when the key is on - you need to verify this.

Then on that same 16 pin connector, pin six should have continuity to ground - you need to verify this.

Please verify the two above and let us know what you find on those two pins/wires.

what are you using as your power and ground when you measured 10V?

so my battery was dieing when i tested so i charged my bat and i have 12v on my #4 pin and ground on #7 pin or body ground same also 12v at the transistor and 12v at the blower motor.......
