Default 2007 honda accord electric problems

Yesterday i connected the battery the wrong way i blew the battery fuse replaced it car seemd fine turned on and everything turned off the car but the starter stayed on and wouldn't turn off had to disconnect the positive terminal so it could turn off any advice on what it could be i know its an electric problem cause removed the starter took it to get tested and works fine?

If you connect the cables back up, does the starter run? Or only if you try to start the car with the starter does the starter stay running? Just trying to get details to try to help.

Also, can you give the trim/engine/trans of the car as if we have to get into wire details this will help.
