2007 Honda Accord EX-L: Car doesn't respond to key fob

Default 2007 Honda Accord EX-L: Car doesn't respond to key fob
We have replaced the key fob battery and all - no juice. We have to manually lock and unlock the car with the key, 'PANIC' and remote trunk opener will not work either. Help us out here!

See page 9 of this service bulletin for your car to reprogram the remote. The instructions should be the same for your 2007.
