Default 2008 Accord: Is 30000 miles maintenance needed?

Hi,

I have a 2008 4 -cylinders Accord EX. It has about 30K miles now. Anyone know whether a 30K miles maintenance is needed? I checked the owner's manual and cannot fins any info.

Thanks

I remember the acura dealership had a pamphlet with the maintenance schedule for my TSX. Your local dealership may have this. You may be able to find it on the web.

You can call a dealership and ask what is done with a 30K mile maintenance service.

I think maintenance schedule is in the "Service" booklet not the "owner's manual". (they're all in the same package when you bought the car)

Otherwise...

Sign up with your car's VIN. You can see an on-line version of the owners manual & all that stuff.

There's probably nothing real big about 30k miles. Mostly more thorough inspections including brakes & exhaust. Probably nothing that says you gotta replace it. Only replace if it's worn out or broken.

After 3 years (regardless of miles) your brake fluid should probably be replaced. It gets corrosive with age & moisture.
