Default 2008 Accord AC issues

Hi,

The AC unit blows hot air for 5-10 minutes before it starts cooling. I have the temperature setting at "Lo" and it doesn't help. Once it starts cooling it looks like it's cools ok or it seems air temperature is very low. I usually raise it a bit and it works ok. I haven't tested it very long.

Is this a compressor issue ? Or can it be low on freon ? No errors or diagnostic lights are on in the vehicle. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I would try to add some freon with gauges. Does the compressor cycle on and off fairly fast? Could also be the actuator that controls the climate door.
