Default 2008 accord tail lights are out

I have a 08 accord and the tail lights have quit working. I have changed the bulb and the brake lights work fine. I was wondering what to do next!

Your car probably has a blown fuse. Check your manual for instructions on replacing fuses. The fuses are usually under the dashboard, but I'm not sure exactly where on the 8th gen Accord.

Here's a demo video:

For a bulb not to work you are either missing voltage or ground to the bulb. You also need to be sure the bulb is good.

The first item I would check is the fuse for the tail lights. Look in the owner's manual for the location of that fuse.
