The growl noise has gradually gotten louder , seems to be coming form front passenger tire, gets louder with more speed , no change when shift to neutral, at first it would disappear when wheel was turned to the right but has since changed to becoming even louder when wheel turned to right, I have lifted car on jack stands and unable to find any play or movement in all 4 tires also no noise when spinning tires by hand, everything is as tight and smooth as could be. Please help me diagnose this noise, thank you in advance

 

The location of a noise is disorienting from inside the car. When turning to the right, the driver's wheel gets more weight, so check the driver's side wheel for noise.

I suspect the wheel bearing is making the noise based on your description. The CV joint would be second on my list. Look at the CV joint boots for tears when inspection.
