Default roaring noise

My honda accord is a 4 cyclender. I have 169,000 miles and the noise gets louder as my speed increases. It started about 4 months ago. The car runs great .It's a 2000 model .Sure could use some ideas.

You're going to have to provide a lot more detail to get some help. Is noise engine noise, drivetrain, wheel, tire? Diagnosing noise by description is difficult at best.

Does noise go away when car is shifted to N while traveling forward? Does noise go away when stopped and engine is running? Any difference in noise when vehicle is turning?

First guess would be a wheel bearing.

good luck

The tires was causing the roaring noise. Put new tires on and problem solved.
