Default 2008 honda accord headlight alignment

I just installed new headlights on my driver side, but I cant seem to get it aligned properly. I popped the hood and used a screwdriver on the gear **** on the headlight but I didnt get much luck.
thats a video of what i see, the main concern is at 34 seconds where you can clearly see the passenger light on the road but not the driver.

When you say new headlights, are you meaning just the bulbs or the entire headlight assembly?

U.S. model 2008 Accords only have vertical adjustment (up and down), if adjusting it vertically does not work, it may be due to the bulb installation.

If you are using aftermarket HIDs, it can also be due to the bulb.

Try reinstalling the driver's side bulb.
